If you do not see your pet's size, please let us know and e-mail us at info@thecoolpuppy.com . The Cool Puppy stocks the most common sizes our customers require. At times our dog collars, dog leashes, dog harnesses, and our dog bowties are available in alternate sizes. We will be more than happy to accomodate your pet's need. Extra shipping time may apply for special orders. Please measure your dog accurately as we cannot accept any returns on special size orders.
How do I clean my thecoolpuppy.com Collar?
The best way to clean your thecoolpuppy collar is handwashing using plain'ol soap and water.  If you smell any odor, soak your collar in a bowl of water and a few teaspoons of baking soda, that should do the trick.
